This hands-on role supports senior operational leaders across a large seasonal workforce, helping strengthen leadership capability, engage the workforce and shape a positive workplace culture.

• Strong employee relations and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience supporting organisational change and coaching leaders
• The resilience and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment
• A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to manage challenging conversations
• The ability to build trust quickly and influence positive workplace culture
