Job summary

Redland Premium Fruit is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to join the People Team in the Mildura region. You will support farming operations across multiple sites with employee relations, recruitment, workforce planning and leadership development.

This hands-on role involves travel to farm sites and close collaboration with farm managers and operational leaders to build engaged, capable teams across VIC, QLD, NSW and WA.

Qualifications

• Generalist HRBP with agriculture or multi-site experience.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and Modern Awards.
• Proven ability to manage employee relations and advise managers effectively.
• Experience leading recruitment, workforce planning and development initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently across multiple farm locations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with farm managers and operational leaders to provide practical HR advice across farming operations.
• Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances and disciplinary processes.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding activities to attract and retain quality employees.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning and talent development for seasonal and ongoing needs.
• Provide guidance on employment legislation, Modern Awards, HR policies and compliance.
• Identify training needs and support leadership capability and performance improvements.
• Champion employee engagement, wellbeing and positive workplace culture across sites.
