Job summary

Programmed in Shepparton is seeking a Recruitment & HR Coordinator to join a large processing operation. The role blends recruitment and HR activities, supporting site leaders and management in attracting, onboarding and supporting staff in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR administration, with involvement in health, safety and wellbeing initiatives. This is a full-time position with an immediate start for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or HR roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
• Familiarity with HR systems is desirable.
