Job summary

Leap Recruitment Group is seeking an on‑site Site Supervisor for an established Design & Construction business delivering high‑end Class 1 residential projects. You will work hands‑on with trades, report to the Site Manager, and help ensure works are delivered on program and to quality standards.

Around 1 year of site experience, exposure to Class 1 residential construction, and a practical, hands‑on approach are ideal.

• Around 1 year of site experience.
• Exposure to Class 1 residential construction projects (houses or duplexes).
• Basic understanding of construction processes and subcontractor trades.
• Reliable, hardworking and eager to learn.
• Practical, hands‑on and willing to get involved.

Responsibilities

• Daily Site Management.
• Assist the Site Manager with day‑to‑day site activities and onsite supervision.
• Construction Progress: monitor works and report progress, identify issues and help resolve onsite problems.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure a safe working environment and support quality outcomes.
• Learning & Development: Learn the full residential construction process and build towards Site Management.

Join an established Design & Construction business specialising in high‑end Class 1 residential projects such as houses and duplexes across Sydney's North Shore and Inner West. Reporting directly to an experienced Site Manager, you will be hands‑on on site, working with trades and learning how quality projects are built from the ground up.

Work closely with subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to program and quality standards

Daily Site Management

Assist the Site Manager with day‑to‑day site activities and onsite supervision

Construction Progress

Monitor works and report progress identify issues and help resolve onsite problems in a timely manner

Quality & Safety

Learn the full residential construction process and build towards Site Management

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
