The John Holland Group, working on the Torrens to Darlington Alliance in Adelaide, seeks a Finance Administrator (Site) to support daily financial administration on the project. You will help process invoices, maintain accurate records, and ensure governance compliance on site.

You will collaborate with project, commercial and finance teams to ensure timely payments, correct coding and robust financial reporting, while building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders for

Formación

• Finance Administration or Accounts Payable experience in construction or project environment.
• High attention to detail with accuracy in high-volume transactions.
• Experience processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivot tables).
• Experience using financial or ERP systems to manage accounts payable, reporting and records.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willing to work on site and be flexible with hours/locations.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain standardised finance and project administration processes, systems and documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance.
• Support timely processing of purchase orders, invoices, dockets and subcontractor claims for accurate cost capture and month-end reporting.
• Review and verify financial documentation for correct coding, approvals and compliance with requirements.
• Support supplier and subcontractor payments within agreed timeframes.
• Monitor and maintain financial registers including invoices, commitments and costs.
• Assist monthly financial reporting by reconciling accounts and preparing information for stakeholders.
• Identify financial risks and inefficiencies and implement improvements or escalate issues.
• Ensure governance, audit, contractual and legislative compliance and support audits.
• Provide guidance to Finance Administrators and promote best practice across the team.
• Build strong relationships with project teams, suppliers and stakeholders to support delivery.
