Qualifikationen

• Diploma or higher in Work Health and Safety.
• Minimum five years' experience in HSE reporting, auditing or compliance on major construction projects.
• Experience coordinating audit programs and tracking corrective actions.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret HSE data and produce reports.
• Experience preparing dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.
• Proven stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail in records management.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate project-wide HSE auditing, assurance and compliance programs.
• Coordinate audits with internal, external, third-party and client teams.
• Monitor audit findings and corrective actions; escalate high-risk items.
• Prepare and deliver HSE performance reports, dashboards and metrics.
• Analyse HSE data to identify trends and provide recommendations.
• Oversee subcontractor HSE assurance including prequalification and audits.
• Maintain compliant safety documentation and evidence.
• Monitor compliance with HSE management systems and legislation.
• Liaise with stakeholders on assurance and compliance matters.
• Support HSE specialists and teams in governance and risk management.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen assurance processes and drive improvement.
• Promote the project values and a culture of accountability.
