Job summary

Tungsten Mining NL is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join the Watershed Site Operations team on a permanent full-time basis, with a 15:13 roster (BIBO/DIDO/FIFO). You will coordinate site administration activities and support employees, contractors and visitors while working with multiple departments to establish efficient admin processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Site Administrator in remote mining/construction/resource operations.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and service-driven approach.
• Proven discretion in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site compliance administration for new starters and visitors.
• Rostering and mobilisation coordination with department leaders and Perth project team.
• Handle purchasing, invoicing, and vendor/contractor liaison for the Perth office.
