Northern Star Resources Limited is seeking an Experienced Site Administrator for our Wonder Operation. You will play a pivotal role supporting our underground mining team, ensuring efficient processing of operational documentation in a fast-paced FIFO environment.

Key duties include coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining documentation accuracy, and working both independently and within a team. FIFO from Perth is required, with strong Microsoft Office, INX, and Pronto proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, INX and Pronto.
• Strong communication, organisation and time management skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Hold an unencumbered Australian manual C class driver's license

Responsibilities

• Support the underground mining team by ensuring efficient processing of operational documentation.
• Coordinate administrative tasks to support site operations.
• Work FIFO from Perth and maintain high attention to detail in documentation.
