Job summary

SRG Global Mining Services is seeking a Site Administrator for a full-time FIFO role from Perth, Australia. You will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth site operations, with emphasis on coordination, records, and logistics.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ admin experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and a precise eye for detail. Day shifts, safety-focused environment, and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of administration experience
• Full Australian Working Rights
• C Class Driver's Licence (Manual)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Microsoft Office Suite – intermediate to advanced
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritise
• Pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment

Responsibilities

• Enter purchase orders and receipt goods using the accounting system
• Monitor incoming and outgoing freight
• Maintain stationery and office consumables
• Process, complete and forward time sheets and payroll queries
• Maintain stock and purchases
• Assist Site Management team as required
• Provide other operational support as required
