About the role
TRS Staffing is currently searching for a Site Project Administrator to provide administrative and mobilisation support for a busy site-based project team. This role will be responsible for coordinating site access, travel, reporting, purchasing, and workforce administration while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of site activities.
Duties and responsibilities
Coordinate site access, mobilisation and demobilisation activities
Arrange travel, accommodation and vehicle bookings for personnel
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project reports
Process purchase requests and reconcile supplier invoices
Maintain personnel, training and safety records
Provide administrative support to project and site teams
Attend meetings, take minutes and distribute project correspondence
Skills and experience required
Previous experience in a Site Administrator or Project Administrator role
Mining, construction or resources industry experience preferred
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Current Australian Driver's Licence
