CSG Talent is recruiting a Business Development Manager for Animal Nutrition in Australia. The role focuses on growing a new silage business across Australia and New Zealand, working directly with customers and distributors.

You will own forecasting, pipeline and account planning, and represent the business at industry events and customer meetings, with up to four international trips per year. Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Full working rights in Australia
• Degree in agriculture/animal science/veterinary science or related field
• Commercial drive with comfort using sales data and forecasting
• Strong stakeholder and relationship-management skills
• Willingness to travel ~30% of the time

Responsibilities

• Grow a new silage business in Australia and NZ, working directly with customers
• Manage existing distributor partnerships across ruminant and monogastric products
• Own the territory's forecasting, pipeline and account planning
• Represent the business at industry events and customer meetings, with up to 4 international trips a year
