Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions Limited is seeking a Loveland Sales Manager to lead sales of Loveland technologies across the designated Australian area. Reporting to the Loveland Agri Products Business Lead, you will promote, position and grow sales through retailers, customers and teams, delivering strong commercial results.

Qualifications

• Sales leadership experience in agriculture.
• Strong knowledge of cropping systems and farming practices.
• Tertiary qualification in Agronomy, Chemistry, Plant Science or related field.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Australia.

Responsibilities

• Promote, position and drive sales of Loveland technologies with key stakeholders, retail sales teams and customers.
• Achieve and exceed annual sales goals through targeted sales activity and customer engagement.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to annual strategic business planning.
• Work closely with distribution management and sales teams to support, influence and drive sales outcomes.
• Provide marketing, agronomic and technical information to support the correct positioning of Loveland products.
• Act as a key technical resource for Loveland products and cropping systems across the designated area.
• Deliver excellent customer service by solving problems and creating practical solutions.
