Hearth Support Services in Mooroolbark is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers for part-time shifts in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) setting. You will provide 2:1 support, assist with daily living activities, and deliver safe, person-centred care, including sleepovers.

The role suits those with experience handling complex behaviours of concern and a commitment to consistent, high-quality support.

Formación

• Experience supporting participants with complex behaviours of concern.
• Current Australian Driver's License and insured vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Rights to work in Australia

Responsabilidades

• Provide 2:1 support within a SIL environment.
• Assist with daily living activities.
• Implement behaviour support strategies and routines.
• Accurately documenting support provided.
• Escalate concerns appropriately when required.
