Endeavour Foundation is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to assist in SIL homes across the Sunshine Coast, Mapleton and surrounds. You will help clients live more independently, with a focus on personal care, daily living skills and community activities.

The role involves a mix of day, afternoon and sleepover shifts, requiring open availability and adaptability in a supportive, inclusive environment. Training and career development are offered.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Disability support is advantageous.
• Availability to work shifts including multiple sleepovers and a variety of shifts.
• Good computer skills with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Help people achieve NDIS goals by developing daily living skills such as housekeeping, personal care, social skills and budgeting.
• Assist with personal care to meet individual needs.
• Support meal planning, cooking, light cleaning and social outings to foster community connection.
• Support daily activities like walking, appointments, and outings.
• Help maintain connections with family, friends and services.
