• Previous experience in retail sales, showroom sales or customer service.
• Passion for helping customers and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive results.
• Confidence using computer systems and learning new technology.
• Professional, positive and team-oriented approach.
• Experience in building/renovation/flooring/interiors/home improvement is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable showroom experiences.
• Actively generate sales through consultation, product recommendations and relationships.
• Prepare quotations, process sales and follow up enquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail and trade customers.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
• Develop strong product knowledge across our range.
• Support store operations and contribute to a positive team environment.
