Job summary

Austrack Campers in Burpengary seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead our showroom team, drive showroom performance, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will coach and develop staff, exceed monthly targets, build lasting customer relationships, manage stock presentation, and collaborate with service teams to ensure a seamless journey for buyers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team in consumer goods or outdoor products is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and coaching staff.

Austrack Campers is continuing to grow, and we're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and Manage our new Burpengary facility.

About the Role

Reporting to senior management, you'll be responsible for leading our Burpengary showroom while driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will:

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team

Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly targets

Mentor and motivate your team to maximise performance

Build lasting relationships with customers

Ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional purchasing journey

Assist with stock presentation and showroom standards

Work closely with handover and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

Represent Austrack at caravan and camping shows if required

About You

You'll be someone who:

Has experience within the caravan, camping, automotive or outdoor leisure industry

Is passionate about camping, touring and adventure

Is a natural positive leader who enjoys developing people, skills and systems

Has excellent communication and negotiation skills

Is highly organised and self-motivated

Can work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional customer service and professionalism

Holds a current driver's licence
