OPUS Campers in Melbourne is seeking a driven Sales Executive who loves the outdoors to help customers turn their adventure dreams into reality. You will be the face of the brand, guiding enquiries through to a sale and beyond, while keeping showroom presentation on point.

Join a team with a generous commission scheme, award-winning products, and a culture that celebrates wins. The role runs Tue-Fri 9am-5pm and Saturdays 9am-3pm with flexibility for industry shows.

Formación

• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage customer data.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales with sharp, innovative strategies to hit KPIs.
• Guide customers from first enquiry to purchase and aftercare.
• Handle invoicing, order tracking, and sales administration.
• Maintain accurate CRM data.
• Stage showroom to showcase products.
• Follow up and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify ways to improve processes and customer journey.
• Promote brand promotions and new arrivals on social media.

We're on the hunt for a driven, outdoors-loving Sales Executive to join our crew and help take our customers' next adventure from dream to reality.

What you'll be doing:

• Driving sales like a pro: smashing monthly and quarterly KPIs with sharp, innovative strategies
• Being the face of OPUS: guiding customers from their first enquiry through to driving away in their new Opus, and beyond
• Keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes: invoicing, order tracking, and sales admin
• Owning our CRM: accurate, up-to-date customer data that keeps our whole operation running smoothly
• Styling our showroom: making every camper and caravan look as good as it performs
• Following up and following through: keeping customer satisfaction sky-high
• Finding smarter ways to work: improving processes and levelling up the customer journey
• Bringing our brand to life on socials: showcasing promotions, new arrivals, and real customer adventures

What you bring:

• Confidence working in CRM systems

This is a full-time, permanent role: Tuesday to Friday, 9am–5pm, and Saturdays 9am–3pm, with flexibility to attend our shows.
