We are looking for a driven and energetic Sales Consultant to help customers find the perfect camper for their lifestyle. About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Maverick Campers, guiding customers from first enquiry through to handover. You’ll play a key role in driving sales while ensuring every customer has a professional and enjoyable buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage showroom and online enquiries
• Qualify customers and recommend suitable caravan models
• Present and demonstrate caravan features and inclusions
• Convert leads into sales and meet monthly targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot experience highly regarded)
• Follow up all leads and deposits in a timely manner
• Work with the production and admin teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Assist with shows, events, and promotions when required

About You

• Proven sales experience (caravans, campers, automotive, or retail preferred)
• Strong closing skills and ability to build rapport quickly
• Highly motivated and target-driven
