Job summary

4WD Supacentre is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead the 12V and Refrigeration categories across our stores. You’ll coach a high-performing team on the shop floor, drive sales results, and role-model exceptional customer service.

You’ll build on a culture of accountability and teamwork, set daily targets, analyse performance, and partner with store leadership to push Like-for-Like growth while delivering value for Aussie outdoors enthusiasts.

performance through strong leadership, coaching and sales expertise.
