Mars Campers Caboolture is seeking a Branch Manager to lead both BOH and FOH operations, ensuring exceptional post-sale service and profitability. You will drive stock control, quality checks and staff performance to deliver first-class experiences for customers at every show.

Based in Caboolture, you will coordinate with HQ, guide the sales team, manage deadlines and travel to interstate/rural tradeshows, with generous commission incentives and clear paths for career progression within Mars

Formación

• Minimum of 5+ years of Automotive/ Caravan branch management experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong problem solving and hands on skills.
• Microsoft Office competent.
• Previous experience with CRM systems – Hubspot, Zoho.
• Ability to work weekends and travel for interstate/ rural area tradeshows.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee branch operations (BOH and FOH) and service delivery.
• Maintain product/service quality and post-sale experience.
• Manage branch profitability, stock levels and margins.

• Attend and market Mars Campers products at caravan and outdoor shows.
• Ensure deadlines are met and productivity targets achieved.
• Distribute and manage sales leads between production and sales.

Branch Manager for Mars Campers Caboolture

Job Description

• High level of management across both BOH and FOH departments
• Ongoing service and maintenance of all products and Post- Sale experience
• Management of profitability of branch – including stock levels + profit margins
• High degree of quality control conducted on all produced goods
• Upskilling product knowledge to better educate all customers
• Coordinate with HQ teams to consistently improve branch performance across both BOH and FOH departments
• Attending and marketing all Mars Campers products at all caravan and outdoor shows
• Managing deadlines, ensuring productivity targets are met.
• Coordination between Production and Sales staff.
• Leading the sales team to ensure we are delivering an exceptional experience to our valuable customers.
• Management and distribution sales leads.

Role Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of Automotive/ Caravan branch management experience
