Melbourne Cleaning Supplies, part of Bunzl, seeks a Showroom Manager to lead day-to-day showroom operations in Melbourne. You will manage two Retail Assistants, deliver exceptional in-store service, and ensure stock is well-presented and accurately managed.

The role runs Monday to Friday, with typical hours 8:00 am–4:00 pm and some flexibility. You will coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Service teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a small team in a retail/showroom setting.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with stock control, inventory management and retail administration.

• Lead and coach two Retail Assistants, prioritising daily showroom operations.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable face-to-face service and resolve customer enquiries.
• Oversee stock, inventory and product presentation to keep showroom inviting.
• Process customer orders, pickups and related administrative tasks.
• Log service jobs via the showroom and coordinate with Service Team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse and Service teams to meet customer needs.
