Melbourne Cleaning Supplies is seeking a Showroom Manager to lead daily showroom operations, coach a small team and ensure a welcoming, well-presented space for customers. You will manage stock, process orders and coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Service to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching or coordinating a small team.
• Strong customer service, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with stock control, inventory management and retail administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach two Retail Assistants, prioritising showroom daily tasks.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable face-to-face service to a broad range of customers and resolve enquiries.
• Oversee stock presentation, availability and inventory accuracy in the showroom.
• Process customer orders and pickup requests, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
• Log service jobs from the showroom and maintain clear communication with the Service Team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse and Service to meet customer requirements and support operations.
