Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail, design, or customer service roles.
• Experience within the home design, interiors, or construction industry highly regarded.
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and presentation of the Melbourne showroom
• Maintain showroom to the highest aesthetic and functional standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt, professional, and informed interactions
• Track, manage, and convert sales leads using Salesforce CRM
• Support the business development team through in-showroom consultations and client hosting
• Coordinate sample requests, inventory management, and distribution (courier/post)
• Manage general administration and continuously improve back-office systems
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every client experience is warm, polished, and memorable
