Job summary

Reece Group's Rosebery showroom invites you to join our friendly frontline team. As the first point of contact, you’ll welcome builders, designers and homeowners, support consultants and guide customers through their renovation journey. A warm, professional presence is key.

You’ll handle queries, quotes, payments, deliveries, and keep the showroom looking polished. Saturday shifts are part of the role, with opportunities to grow within our network and head office.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience in retail, customer service or hospitality and enjoys helping customers and supporting a team.
• Is organised and can spot when a customer or colleague needs help.
• Tech-savvy, can use PowerPoint and is happy to learn new systems.
• Available for various shifts, including Saturdays.
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office

Responsibilities

About the role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable showroom experience. You will act as front of house, welcoming builders, interior designers, and homeowners to our showroom and assisting our consultants to guide customers through their renovation process to achieve their ideal bathroom.

Your day to day

A typical day will involve:

• Greeting and welcoming customers in person and over the phone
• Ensuring customers are cared for and have refreshments
• Managing customer queries and orders via email and phone
• Assisting the team prepare quotes, process payments and arrange deliveries
• Maintaining showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards
