Job summary

Bathroom Life in Rosebury is seeking a Showroom Concierge to welcome builders, interior designers and homeowners, assisting consultants through renovation journeys to create their ideal bathroom.

Typically you’ll handle in-person and phone greetings, manage inquiries, help prepare quotes, process payments, arrange deliveries, and keep the showroom tidy and safe. Weekend shifts are required and performance bonuses apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service or hospitality and enjoys helping customers and supporting a team.
• Organised and able to spot when a customer or colleague needs help.
• Tech savvy, capable with PowerPoint and willing to learn new systems.

About the role

As part of the Bathroom Life team in Rosebury, you’ll act as front of house, welcoming builders, interior designers, and homeowners to our showroom and assisting our consultants to guide customers through their renovation process to achieve their ideal bathroom.

Your day to day

A typical day will involve:

• Greeting and welcoming customers in person and over the phone
• Ensuring customers are cared for and have refreshments
• Managing customer queries and orders via email and phone
• Assisting the team prepare quotes, process payments and arrange deliveries
• Keeping the showroom and reception area tidy and helping it run smoothly and safely

• Has previous experience in retail, customer service or hospitality and enjoys helping customers and supporting a team
• Is organised and can spot when a customer or colleague needs help
• Is tech savvy, can use PowerPoint and is happy to learn new systems
• Is open to working various shifts, including weekends
