Job summary

Reece Group is seeking a Showroom Sales Consultant to advise customers on bathroom products and to build strong relationships with builders, renovators and retail customers. The role focuses on consultative selling, product recommendations, and delivering exciting bathroom visions.

You will use the 3D Planner to bring client ideas to life, manage quotes, and pursue new opportunities to grow market share within our showroom network across Australia.

About The Opportunity

As a Showroom Sales Consultant, you’ll provide expert advice on a large range of leading Australian and international brands that inspire the creation of dream bathrooms. This is a genuine sales role where you will partner with a diverse customer base including builders, renovators, architects, designers, and retail customers, building strong rapport to win new business, encourage repeat trade and bring their projects to life.

Your day to day

• Guiding customers and helping them choose the right bathroom products
• Proactively identifying and pursuing new opportunities to grow sales and market share
• Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
• Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer’s dream to life
• Visiting customer offices and building sites to build relationships, understand project needs and win work.
• Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

• Has previous experience in sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
• Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow
• A warm, energetic and consultative approach and the ability to quickly build rapport and identify customer needs
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office (we love to promote people from within)
