Job summary

Reece Group in Heatherbrae is seeking a friendly Showroom Sales Consultant to support builders, interior designers and homeowners during their renovation journey. You will help customers choose products, manage quotes and orders by email and phone, use our 3D Planner, visit sites to provide updates and keep the showroom running smoothly while building lasting relationships.

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers.
• Energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow.
• Comfortable with a computer and ready to learn new systems.

About the Role

Showroom Sales Consultants are known as 'Retail Consultant' and as part of the showroom team in Heatherbrae, you'll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

Your day to day

• Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products
• Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
• Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
• Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
• Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely

We’d love to hear from you if you're someone who:

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
• Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow
• Is comfortable with a computer and is happy to learn new systems
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office (we love to promote people from within)
