Reece Group is seeking a friendly Front of House assistant for our Rosebury showroom. You will greet builders, designers and homeowners, answer queries and assist consultants with quotes and orders, ensuring a smooth customer journey.

You will be organized, tech‑savvy and ready to learn our systems, with opportunities for career development within our national network and head office. Join a team that values service, accuracy and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience in retail, customer service or hospitality and enjoys helping customers and supporting a team.
• Is organised and can spot when a customer or colleague needs help.
• Is tech savvy, can use PowerPoint and is happy to learn new systems.
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office

About the role

As part of the Bathroom Life team in Rosebury, you'll act as front of house, welcoming builders, interior designers, and homeowners to our showroom and assisting our consultants to guide customers through their renovation process to achieve their ideal bathroom.

Your day to day
