Job summary

HARLI + HARPA is seeking a Digital and Ecommerce Manager to own day-to-day performance and growth of our website across markets. You will drive revenue, conversions and customer engagement while shaping our digital strategy and leading a lean team.

This hands-on role requires ecommerce trading expertise, Shopify fluency, and a collaborative approach to deliver on brand and commercial goals.

Qualifications

Experience driving revenue, conversion and profitability online across markets.
Strong understanding of ecommerce trading, online merchandising, and CRO/SEO.
Hands‑on Shopify management including integrations and improvements.
Experience developing and executing digital/ecommerce strategies to boost revenue and retention.
Experience across digital marketing channels including paid media, email, and social.

Responsibilities

Own the commercial performance of the website across markets, achieving revenue and profitability targets.
Develop and execute digital, ecommerce and CX strategy; improve performance and engagement.
Manage the ecommerce calendar aligned with product launches and campaigns.
Monitor trading performance and develop action plans when ahead or behind targets.
Oversee day-to-day trading of the Shopify site and ensure timely launches.
