Job summary

Quik Corp Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced E-commerce & Digital Performance Lead to own the Shopify platform, data and reporting, and AI-driven search. The role integrates analytics into business decisions across marketing, sales and operations.

You will optimise the Shopify Parts Store, manage theme development, and ensure data consistency with ERP and CRM systems while using GA4, GSC and heatmaps to drive CRO and improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' proven experience with eCommerce platforms, ideally Shopify, including hands-on theme customisation/development (Liquid, apps, page speed, technical SEO).
• Strong CRO, UX and analytics capability — able to turn GA4/GSC/heatmap data into decisions.
• Working knowledge of AI-driven SEO and AI search practices.
• Understanding of ERP/fulfilment integrations with eCommerce and CRM systems.
• Proactive, data-led, commercially minded with autonomous work style.

Responsibilities

• Own ongoing development and optimisation of our Shopify Parts Store — migrated from WooCommerce.
• Customise and build out Shopify theme (Liquid, apps, page speed, Core Web Vitals) to improve conversions.
• Improve user experience, navigation, product pages and online enquiry flows.
• Maintain and optimise product listings, imagery, videos, downloads and docs.
• Monitor website performance, funnels and conversions using GA4, GSC and heatmaps.
• Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly performance dashboards; drive decisions.
• Identify CRO opportunities and run tests to improve conversion rate and lead quality.
• Apply agentic/AI search optimisation; structure data for AI/search discovery.
• Keep product and order data consistent between Shopify, HubSpot and ERP/fulfilment systems.
• Manage paid social campaigns (Meta Ads) for Bioweed and other brands with external partners.
