Hungry Jack’s is seeking a trainer/coach to lead and mentor crew, delivering our guest-obsessed service and upholding safety standards. You’ll guide shifts, coach teammates, and role-model excellent hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will train, supervise, and support sales growth through outstanding service, while promoting an inclusive culture and ongoing development via national training programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shifts to ensure smooth and safe operations.
