Job summary

Hungry Jack's is hiring a trainer/coach to guide crew members and elevate service standards at our restaurant. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will mentor staff, promote guest-obsessed service, and ensure safe, efficient operations on shift.

You will receive on-the-job leadership training, clear career pathways across the network, and opportunities to complete nationally accredited qualifications in retail and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality.
• Passion for training, coaching and mentoring team members.
• Demonstrates a ‘Guest Obsessed’ mindset and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shifts to ensure smooth and safe operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Provide training and coaching to team members.
• Role model outstanding guest service.
• Support sales growth through exceptional service and suggestive selling.
• Execute the National Marketing Plan to enhance customer experience.
