Pizza Hut Lismore is seeking a motivated Shift Supervisor to join our leadership team. You will lead shifts, coach Team Members, and ensure fast, friendly customer experiences while upholding food safety and quality standards.

This role requires a positive attitude, reliability and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced setting. Previous hospitality leadership is advantageous, with opportunities for progression within the Pizza Hut network.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates leadership presence and leads by example.
• Experience in hospitality or retail leadership is preferred.

Pizza Hut Lismore is looking for an energetic, reliable and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our leadership team!

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be more than just part of the team — you’ll help lead it.

You’ll take charge of shifts, support and develop Team Members, deliver great customer experiences and help make sure our restaurant is running at its best.

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll help lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, including:

Leading the shift and keeping the team focused, motivated and having fun

Coaching and developing Team Members to help them perform at their best

Delivering fast, friendly and exceptional customer experiences

Ensuring every pizza leaves the store looking and tasting great

Supporting food safety, cleanliness and Pizza Hut brand standards

Coordinating Team Members and positions throughout the shift to keep operations running smoothly

Managing customer enquiries and resolving concerns

Supporting cash handling, POS and end-of-shift procedures

Promoting a safe working environment for our team and customers

Working alongside the team during busy periods — because great leaders aren't afraid to jump in and get their hands floury!

We're looking for someone who:

Has a positive attitude and leads by example

Can confidently lead, motivate and communicate with a team

Enjoys coaching and helping others develop

Is passionate about providing great customer service

Can stay calm, organised and focused when things get busy

Understands the importance of food safety, cleanliness and quality

Is reliable, responsible and ready to take ownership of their shifts

Has experience with POS systems and cash handling

Is keen to learn, develop and potentially progress into restaurant management

Previous leadership or hospitality experience is an advantage, but attitude, reliability and leadership potential are just as important to us.
