Job summary

Zeus Street Greek in Sydney seeks a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations on shift, coaching the team to maintain high standards of food quality, service and safety. You will be hands-on, drive performance and ensure smooth day-to-day activity in a fast-paced setting.

The role suits a confident leader who thrives under pressure, with experience in hospitality or QSR. You’ll support opening/closing, stock checks, cash handling and guest satisfaction while upholding brand

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, QSR or retail.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to train, coach and motivate team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the team during your shift.
• Supervise team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure all food, service and safety standards are consistently met.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Support opening and closing procedures as required.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with basic inventory control.
• Assist with cash handling, POS procedures and basic reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance.
