Job summary

Pizza Hut Australia is looking for friendly Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You’ll learn different areas of the restaurant and work with your team to deliver great pizzas and customer experiences.

No prior experience required; we offer full training and flexible shifts to fit around school or study. This is a casual, part-time opportunity with a supportive team and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Experience isn't essential; a great attitude works.
• Previous fast-food or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Making and preparing pizzas.
• Providing friendly customer service in-store and over the phone.
• Taking customer orders through the POS system.
• Cutting, packing and handing over hot, fresh orders.
• Preparing ingredients and restocking products for the team.
• Handling cash and electronic payments.
• Learning how to safely operate ovens and restaurant equipment.
• Keeping the restaurant, equipment and work areas clean and organised.
• Following food safety and brand standards.
• Jumping in to help teammates when busy.

As a Crew Member, you'll be right in the middle of the action!

You'll learn different areas of the restaurant and work alongside your team to make great pizzas and create awesome customer experiences.

Your shifts could include:

Making and preparing our delicious pizzas

Providing friendly customer service in-store and over the phone

Taking customer orders through our POS system

Cutting, packing and handing over hot, fresh orders

Preparing and organising orders for our Delivery Drivers

Preparing ingredients and restocking products for the team

Handling cash and electronic payments

Learning how to safely operate our pizza ovens and restaurant equipment

Keeping the restaurant, equipment and work areas clean and organised

Completing dishes and cleaning throughout your shift

Following our food safety, workplace safety and brand standards

Jumping in and helping your teammates when things get busy

No two shifts are exactly the same — and everyone works together to get the job done!

Experience isn't essential. A great attitude is!

You don't need to know how to make the perfect pizza yet. We're looking for people who:

Can communicate confidently with customers and teammates

Previous fast-food or hospitality experience is great, but it's definitely not essential.
