Job summary

CHEP Australia Limited is seeking a Day Shift Supervisor to lead our Eastern Creek site, driving safety, productivity, quality and team performance to meet targets.

You will mentor staff, manage maintenance, and champion continuous improvement while collaborating with HR and the Plant Manager to optimize costs. The role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities to develop hands-on leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership by mentoring, coaching, and guiding employees.
• Lead safety performance on shift with a proactive culture.
• Manage maintenance activities and coordinate with maintenance팀 for interruptions.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor plant costs and yield, optimize performance with Plant Manager.
• Address performance and attendance with HR and ensure staff meet targets.
