Job summary

CHEP is seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor - Night Shift (9PM-8AM) for the Eastern Creek site in Sydney. You’ll lead from the floor, coaching the team to sustain safety, quality and productivity while upholding high standards.

You’ll spend 70-80% on the floor, empowering frontline colleagues, building trust and driving safe, efficient operations across the night shift. This role offers autonomy and a visible leadership path within CHEP’s crucial Sydney operations.

• Experience leading teams within manufacturing, production, logistics or warehousing.
• Genuine commitment to safety and ability to challenge unsafe behaviours.
