• Leading and developing a frontline production team on afternoon shift
• Creating a strong safety culture where everyone goes home safe every day
• Building team engagement, capability and performance through coaching and support
• Driving production, quality and customer service outcomes
• Managing shift operations, priorities and resource allocation
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site
• Partnering with maintenance and operational teams to maintain efficient plant performance
• Managing attendance, performance and employee relations matters in partnership with HR
