Job summary

CHEP Brambles Careers is seeking an Afternoon Shift Supervisor to lead our production team at Kemps Creek Service Centre, New South Wales. You will coach and develop a frontline team on the 2–10pm shift, driving safety, quality and on-time outcomes on the factory floor.

The successful candidate will demonstrate authentic leadership, strong communication and a commitment to safety, continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration.

• Proven ability to coach, develop and manage performance.
• Strong safety and compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a frontline production team on afternoon shift.
• Creating a strong safety culture where everyone goes home safe every day.
• Building team engagement, capability and performance through coaching and support.
• Driving production, quality and customer service outcomes.
• Managing shift operations, priorities and resource allocation.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
• Partnering with maintenance and operational teams to maintain efficient plant performance.
• Managing attendance, performance and employee relations matters in partnership with HR.
• Contributing to a culture of accountability, inclusion and operational excellence.
