Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen in Sydney is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the team in delivering memorable dining experiences. You will lead, coach and motivate staff to ensure exceptional guest service while maintaining food safety and quality standards.

The role focuses on driving operational excellence, delivering consistent service, and fostering a positive team culture. Training and career progression opportunities are available within a fast-growing Mexican kitchen brand.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding customer service abilities.
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate (completed or willingness to complete).
• Responsible Service of Alcohol course completed or willingness to undertake.
