Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Shift Leader to lead, coach and motivate the team, ensuring guest experiences while upholding food safety and quality standards. You will foster a positive work environment and drive operational excellence across shifts, with training and progression opportunities.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience, a strong customer service mindset, and are willing to complete Food Safety Supervisor and Responsible Service of Alcohol courses.

Qualifications

• Leadership and/or supervisory experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor and RSO courses if not already held.
