Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen in Newcastle, NSW, is seeking a Shift Leader to guide and develop the team, ensure top guest experiences, and uphold food safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead, coach and motivate crew, manage rosters, support training, and contribute to a positive workplace culture while promoting brand standards and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Saturday availability.
• Track record of providing outstanding customer service.
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Completed or willingness to undertake RSA course.
