Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Shift Leader to guide and inspire a fast-paced crew. You will work to deliver memorable guest experiences while maintaining top food safety and quality standards across the shift.

You will coach team members, manage daily operations, and support roster planning. This role offers training, career progression, and opportunities to advance within GYG as the team grows.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience in fast-paced hospitality environments.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Completed or willing to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Completed or willing to undertake RSA course.
