Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Shift Leader in Newcastle, NSW, Australia. You will lead and coach a fast-paced team to deliver memorable guest experiences while upholding rigorous food safety and quality standards on every shift.

You will also drive guest satisfaction, train team members, and contribute to a positive workplace culture with opportunities for career progression within the brand.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service track record.
• Willingness to obtain Food Safety Supervisor certificate or already held.
• Willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
