Whizdom is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join a high-performing delivery team on enterprise ServiceNow initiatives. This hands-on role translates business requirements into scalable platform configurations, collaborating with stakeholders to define technical designs and measurable outcomes.

You will work with analysts, developers, architects and client stakeholders to ensure maintainable, best-practice configurations including forms, flows, data models and integrations in an Agile

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience in technical/ configuration roles.
• Strong understanding of platform configuration and low-code/no-code methods.
• Experience translating business requirements into practical platform designs.
• Hands-on experience configuring forms, fields, UI policies, flows and related features.
• Experience using Flow Designer, Form Builder and Table Builder.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and user stories into clear ServiceNow designs.
• Configure and implement platform-native, low-code capabilities.
• Build/ enhance forms using Form Builder and flows with Flow Designer.
• Use Table Builder to extend data models and create new tables.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers and stakeholders to refine requirements.
