Job summary

FinXL IT Professional Services in Melbourne is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, configure and support the Enterprise ServiceNow platform, ensuring reliability and regulatory alignment.

You will manage the ServiceNow instance, perform day-to-day admin tasks across ITSM, TSOM and related modules, and partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable workflows. Strong communication and governance mindset required.

Qualifications

• Experience as ServiceNow Administrator/Developer in enterprise-scale environment.
• Strong knowledge of core administration including tables, forms, and workflows.
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow Flow Designer.
• Understanding of platform governance, upgrade cycles, and best practices.
• Ability to work in a structured, regulated environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive problem solving mindset
