Job summary

NTT DATA is looking for a motivated ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our delivery team. You will work on enterprise‑scale transformation projects, configuring and implementing ServiceNow across ITSM, HRSD, SPM, and ITOM modules, as well as integrations and platform development.

You will collaborate with senior consultants, developers, and clients to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions, contribute to design and testing, and support deployment in a hybrid

Qualifications

Approximately 2–4 years' experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Hands-on experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow solutions.
Exposure to ITSM, HRSD, SPM and ITOM modules.
Experience or exposure to integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, or MID Server.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
Good communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

Support the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
Assist in preparation of solution design documentation (High-Level and Low-Level Designs).
Configure and customise ServiceNow applications per platform best practices.
Participate in requirements workshops, design discussions, and solution playback sessions.
Support development and testing of integrations using APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, REST, and SOAP.
Collaborate with senior staff and clients to ensure successful delivery.
Contribute to testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and technical artefacts.
Contribute to process improvement and best practices.
