NRI Australia & New Zealand is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our Managed Services team. You will become a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, supporting a named number of NRI-ANZ customers in diverse environments.

You will work across ITOM/AIOps, ITSM and integrations, applying ITIL practices to deliver reliable, scalable outcomes for enterprise projects with modern tech.

Qualificações

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its features and functionality.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOM/AIOps and its features and functionality.
• Knowledge of the scripting languages.
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, and administration
• Familiarity with ServiceNow data models and related features, such as tables, fields, forms, and business rules.
• Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) best practices and industry standards (e.g. ITIL)
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow
• Knowledge of integrations with other IT systems and tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with various teams and stakeholders
• ServiceNow certifications are desirable
