Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a motivated ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join its delivery team in Australia. You will work with senior consultants, developers and clients to design, configure, implement and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, SPM and ITOM.

You will contribute to integrations, platform development and best practices, participating in workshops and documentation. A hybrid working model across Australian cities is offered to support work-life balance and career growth.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience with ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow solutions.
• Exposure to ITSM, HRSD, SPM, ITOM modules is a plus.
• Experience with integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub or MID Server.

Responsibilities

• Support design, configuration and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Prepare design documentation (High-Level/Low-Level).
• Configure and customise ServiceNow apps per best practices.
• Participate in workshops and solution playback sessions.
• Develop and test integrations using APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, REST and SOAP.
