Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking an experienced ServiceNow System Administrator to join a platform team within a leading financial services organisation in Sydney, Australia. The role focuses on managing an enterprise ServiceNow platform that supports critical IT and business services across the organisation.

You will bring strong experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator / Platform Administrator and hands-on configuration, with a track record in large, complex environments.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator / Platform Administrator <140 chars.
• Experience supporting ServiceNow within a large or complex enterprise environment <140 chars.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration, including users, roles, groups, access and security <140 chars.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration <140 chars.
• Experience working with workflows, Business Rules, forms and UI policies <140 chars.
• Experience supporting production environments and resolving platform incidents <140 chars.
• A strong understanding of platform stability, governance and change management <140 chars.
• Experience supporting ServiceNow upgrades, patches and releases <140 chars.
• The ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders and external vendors <140 chars.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills <140 chars.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification <140 chars.
